This position requires a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Operating and maintaining farm equipment and machinery.
- Monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems.
- Assisting in pest and weed control measures.
- Participating in soil preparation and fertilization activities.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in agriculture or related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and techniques.
- Flexibility to work variable hours and weekends as needed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Japan.
